Agreement to Terms

Welcome to MSR Crest Capital. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our financial services, loan products, and our digital platforms. By submitting a loan application or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Loan Eligibility

To apply for microfinance, individual, SHG, or business loans from MSR Crest Capital, you must satisfy the following criteria:

  • You must be a resident of Salem District, Tamil Nadu, India.
  • For group or SHG loans, you must form or participate in a Joint Liability Group (JLG) complying with standard mutual trust guidelines.
  • You must provide verified KYC documents (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, and local residence proof).
  • Applicants must be within the age limits specified for each loan scheme (typically between 18 and 60 years old).

2. Repayment Plans & Collections

MSR Crest Capital offers tailored repayment cycles (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Collections). By accepting our loan credit:

  • You agree to make systematic payments strictly on or before the due date.
  • Doorstep collections are facilitated by our certified representative agents carrying proper corporate ID badges. Ensure you check and verify the agent profile.
  • You must demand and verify an official collection slip or receipt for every cash deposit made to our staff.

3. Interest Rates & Service Fees

All interest calculations, processing fees, and documentation charges are disclosed transparently to customers before loan disbursement. No hidden charges or foreman commissions are levied. Late payments may attract minor standard interest penalties in alignment with micro-enterprise credit codes.

4. Safe Borrowing Notice

MSR Crest Capital does not authorize any third-party brokers, external agents, or unauthorized individuals to collect processing fees or secure loans on our behalf. All transactions, approvals, and queries must be routed directly through our Chinnakollapatty, Salem office.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu and the federal guidelines of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
